          ** If you can not attend, you must notify the company at least 5 working days
          before the course in order to be eligible for a credit or a refund

          *** The company reserves the right to postpone or to cancel the course due to
          unforeseeable circumstances. We will notify all registrants by phone and will provide
          a full refund for cancellation of the course.
